Teams Competitions

Competitions are located throughout Melbourne, Geelong and the prestigious Royal South Street Society competition in Ballarat.

In 2025, our Sub-Juniors, Intermediates and Masters Burgundy compete in Premier Division, Juniors and Seniors in Division 1, Tinies in Division 2 and brand new team Maple Masters in Division 4.

In November, our teams present our Annual Performance Gala at the Frankston Arts Centre.

We look forward to another successful year showcasing the impressive calisthenic skills of our coaches and students!

Solo Competitions

We are pleased to offer eligible students the opportunity to participate in solo competitions. When most of our students are enjoying a break from calisthenics over the December and January holiday period, our solo and duo coaches and their students are hard at work preparing to present their calisthenic and graceful items in the Calisthenics Victoria solo competition season which runs from February to May.

Calisthenics solo competitions are located throughout Melbourne and also include the Ballaarat Solo Competition.
