Many performers passionately pursue excellence, both as a united team and as remarkable individuals. Yet, amidst the exhilarating victories, it's the remarkable odyssey these teams undertake together that elevates Calisthenics into an extraordinary and unforgettable experience.
Classes are held for all, ranging in age from Tinies (3 years) all the way through to Masters (26 years and above). Welcoming all genders and abilities, Canadian Bay is an audition-free class. New Members are encouraged to come along to our FREE Trial Classes.
